Hayward Nissan

I used Hayward Nissan to purchase my Leaf at the end of the lease (which i also got from Hayward Nissan 3 years ago). It was a 5-star experience three years ago; it was a 5-star experience this time, too. They were very clear about costs over the phone, and they stuck to the prices and commitments they made over the phone when I was there in person.

The service was prompt and informative. The advisor was attentive and kept me informed. I had an appointment and my car was serviced and I was out the door in a reasonable time. I always receive great service at Nissan of Hayward.

Always excellent service! I took my car in for maintenance. I asked if I could get a ride home. They were ready to take me but the service employee asked if I would be willing to wait if would only be 35-40 minutes. He was true to his word! I was out by 35 min. They even washed my car! I really appreciate you Hated Nissan! I love the VIP service!

I ended up choosing this dealership because I originally tried to get my car fixed at San Leandro Nissan. However, I was told to call back several times I was told they would call back several times and even though the people I spoke to on the phone were polite and very nice it seemed nearly impossible to get an appointment. Making an appointment online at Hayward Nissan was really easy they were able to get my concern right away and they were able to fix my car which had A major issue within the same day. Excellent customer service and communication!
