Basically, for the flat fee, Motor Team will essentially act as a middle man and list, clean, and sell your car for you within 90 days while taking a flat fee of $895. Instant offer on the other hand is basically you selling the car to Motor Team for a slightly lower offer than the flat fee's offer, but you get the cash immediately.
