Exceptional service by licensed hearing aid dispenser Kasey Hatfield. I have been wearing hearing aids for six years and began with an outside hearing aid fitter. Costco hearing services are every bit as good and in many ways better. Their product is very high quality and reliable. Everyone at the Livermore Costco hearing center is super friendly. Hearing aid fitter Kasey is exceptional. She has a kind and genuine manner and thorough understanding of the dynamics of hearing loss and adjusting your hearing aids properly for each individual. Very very pleased with both my Costco brand hearing aids and the service received.

Outstanding experience with Livermore Costco Hearing Center and hearing aid fitter Wahiba G! Wahiba is patient, kind, and quite knowledgeable on each of the hearing aid models sold through Costco. Costco includes a free, thorough hearing examination, and Wahiba does an outstanding job of making the small additional Hearing Aid adjustments to make your hearing sound just right. If you are thinking of looking into hearing aids for the first time, or in need of updating your old hearing aids (as I was,) I highly recommend Wahiba at Costco Hearing Center

If you are hard of hearing or people constantly tells you you are, don't wait. Make an appointment to see Vicky. There are three audiologist here but the one you want to see is Vicki. She's great. And most places charge $4,000 to $6,000 for a pair of professional hearing aids. Here you will get an equally qualified instrument made by the same manufacturers for just $1,700 for the pair. That includes testing, custom fitting and follow-up. Best of all, they won't sell you anything you don't need. It's like everything else that Costco sells, always a very good value.
