Spine and Sports Physical Therapy

My physician ordered PT for my knee and gave me a list of 30+ places to choose from. After much online research, I opted for Spine & Sports in Livermore. I missed my first appt time w/ Nicole (my error-they were nice about it) and ended up with Kevin. After the first session, which was painful but helpful, I chose to stay with Kevin through the duration of my program. I found him to be punctual, patient, and knowledgeable, with a fun sense of humor. He listened to me, made me work my knee (after he did!) in their gym, which I appreciated. He left me bruised and in pain the first few weeks, but mid-way into my program, armed with easy exercises to also do at home, my knee started feeling a lot better. No pain, no gain! While I can't say I'm at 100 percent yet, I can say my knee is much improved after 5 weeks, working with Kevin. With more time and attention to the exercises post PT, I'm confident I can get my mobility back to normal. I would highly recommend Kevin and Spine and Sports, Livermore.

Nicki's evaluation and progressive treatment brought back the function and fortunately eliminated the discomfort and low grade pain I had been experiencing. I’ve never met a more caring and genuine staff. Everyone is so warm and inviting. They listened to every problem I was having and thoroughly worked on me and showed me how to exercise at home in between appointments. I would go every single day if I could. Definitely recommending to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

Great care for torn Achilles tendon! Have had 3 sessions so far and the care has been outstanding. The team, from Kevin to Brandon to Jenny, has been exceptional and I am definitely seeing progress as I rehab my torn Achilles tendon. They are focused on building back muscle in my calf as well as reduce the scar tissue that has built up around the Achilles tendon. They are also nice which helps as well.
