I just toured the apartment complex last Friday, 7/29/22.
Daniel Martinez helped me and showed me around. He was awesome! Love his energy. He was very knowledgeable of the complex and answered all my questions. I’m very satisfied & impressed with his customer service.

Briarwood has been awesome. We love our apartment. It was super clean and ready the day we moved in. The property has just been updated and the manager Barbra is great. She walked us through the process and was helpful with all our questions. Her team is great.

Since 2016, we've gotten a new landlord who has really cleaned up, and renovated this place. No more obnoxious neighbors that the last do-nothing slumlord did nothing about. No more having to deal with a maze of cars instead of an organized parking lot, having to look at trash constantly everywhere, ugly tarp-covered clotheslines-entangled trash-ridden patios, and management allowing only certain people to violate their lease by having washing machines on their patios based on their skin color. Ignore the recent bad reviews by salty individuals. This is the best it has been in the decade I've lived here.
