As a bodyworker who has worked in the physical therapy field for over 30 years, I can say that Adam is one of the best medical practitioners I've had the luck to receive treatment from and to refer patients. Without exception, everyone I've referred to Dr. Benjamin has gotten back to thank me. He has great skills in assessment and treatment, not only with manipulation, but with manual therapy of soft tissue, and extensive knowledge on rehab exercises of strengthening and stretching for self-treatment, rather than a common chiropractic approach of simply "snap/crack, come on back." Add to that a warm, patient, and caring personality and he is one of the very few people that I can classify as a "healer."

After searching and going to so many chiropractors, I finally found a chiropractor that is amazing - Dr Benjamin. He's thoughtful in his treatment and overall manner. He provides you with stretches and exercises to do at home so that you can get back to your normal life as quickly as possible. His treatment has been incredibly valuable to me! Cannot recommend Benjamin Chiropractic enough!

After visiting Dr. Benjamin I quickly learned the difference between chiropractors who just crack you and ones who actually heal you. He and his staff did great things for ongoing back and neck problems I was having as well as working with me on exercises to outside the visits to continue improvement. While I moved out of the Bay Area, whenever I'm back I schedule a visit with him.
