(April 1, 2018, 10:02 pm)This is the beginning of a short trail to the nearby observation point. It is nearly impossible to see as you drive by! There is NO automobile parking. There is, however, a bike rack - which makes sense as the dirt trail to the observation point starts on the multi-use Shipyard 3 Trail. To access this other than by bicycle, park your car in the public lot about 1/2 a mile to the North, then walk to the trailhead on the Shipyard 3 Trail.
