Valley Oak Apartments LLC

I’ve been meaning to write a review but I kept putting it off until now. Before moving into Valley Oak, I called Shamara, the apartment manager, for three months wanting a 3-bedroom apartment but there weren’t any vacant. When she suddenly had one become available, she actually remembered me and let me know. That was 3 years ago. Valley Oak is a small community of residents who some I have come to know and others are at least familiar faces. Shamara walks the complex and calls residents by name and asks how they’re doing. Not only does she ask, she listens to their response. She even knows the dogs and they know her too. I believe Shamara and Daniel, who’s in charge of maintenance, are genuinely concerned about the resident’s safety and standard of living. I recently had a maintenance issue that was of real concern to me but it was after hours. Shamara and Daniel both were quick to respond. Daniel took extra steps to make sure the issue was resolved and that I had peace of mind. Shamara called the next day to follow up with me. This has been my experience at Valley Oak Apartments.

The best experience of having an apartment in Lemoore I have had since I have lived in the valley. I've been here since 2009 and lived in 2 other apartment complexes aside from Valley Oak. I never had problems with noise, appliances breaking, weird smells, or anything else. Management is THE BEST. As long as you are not a tenant that causes problems, you will love Valley Oak. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house in Hanford. But I promise you will be taken care of at Valley Oak.

I lived here for about four years in two different apartments. The grounds are well maintained, the apartment manager is the best and my neighbors were awesome and so pet friendly. I recommend it to anyone moving to the Lemoore area. It’s a nice quiet complex that is gated and monitored. Everyone is very nice and respectful to each other. Shamara is amazing, with any issue I had it was handled quickly and efficiently. The energy efficient apartments help save a lot of money in utilities. If I ever had to move back to Lemoore, that’s where I would live again.
