Olive-Dee Apartments

After reading the reviews I am obessed with these apartments. Talked to a woman name Mona and she is very professional and kind and very responsive. Definitely hope there will be a unit available for me and my family.

Nice and quiet apartment complex. Manager is very responsive even when at different location. Location is the best part: gym (the one I went to) was half a block away, grocery stores, very close, great Mexican food nearby, great beer nearby. Also, small events also happen nearby and the highway is fairly close too. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful complex located 2 blocks from historic downtown. Really nice apartments with patios, decks and many upgrades inside. Pool is large and the resident gym has just been improved. Laundry rooms onsite with new machines. Quiet and safe complex

I been living here for about 1 year now and enjoy it. Carl is great and my neighbors are great as for the insulation on bottom apartments for upstairs tenants need to be thought over and recommendation of thicker insulation i enjoy it there is a new office lady which is there between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm also works around the clock she is there more often M-F and once a month Saturdays same time and it's starting to look great people are friendly great location too I enjoy it here they will accommodate you if need to be addressed and there is remodeling going on outside and inside as well.
