I brought my 2-in-1 stick vacuum to Excellent Maintenance because this shop was an authorized service center for my vacuum, which was still under warranty. This shop was much further away than another authorized service center, but it was well worth the drive.
The customer service was excellent. My vacuum was fixed in less than a week including the time it took to get the needed parts from the manufacturer.
