They are now in Compton and still providing great service. I went to them after seeing 3 other repair shops who wanted to charge a Lott just to look at my Hoover. The people at Pacific were going to close for the day but they waited and fixed the problem. Very nice people.

for some reason I'm having a difficult time expressing my review on the review page. I want to make a point that I'm highly disappointed that they had to move to Compton from the Pacific avenue location in Long Beach I'm not familiar with either but I'm really not familiar with Compton and I don't feel comfortable places I'm not familiar with which that said right choice of their business is at absolute they are very professional friendly outgoing and they do what they can to help you fix your problems or if you want to buy a new vacuum exedra exedra they explain things in a very clear precise way they're very professional and the make sure that you leave there with the happy you don't smile on your face and I appreciate that because customer service especially in Long Beach they lack it in most places and I don't know how it is called Dan but in Long Beach they all need to take a new class of how to deal with customers in my opinion but not this or this store is goes above and beyond the call of duty they do everything that they can to make you happy customer and they're very polite and very very professional and I suggest anyone who needs a new vacuum or needs a vacuum fix to go to the store because you know what they'll do the best best service they possibly can and if you're not happy with it they will come and talk to you about it and try to fix the problem at hand they are absolutely awesome so I recommend this store 10 + so I give this door 5 + Stars so I hope that people realize that small businesses are going out faster than we May realize and it's the small businesses that we need in order to keep this state of float.if we do not give the attention deserve to the small businesses then there won't be any left if they'll be out in two different states and California as we know it is changing faster than we ever thought could be possible and it's turning into a hot messI suggest that everybody support their small businesses and support this one as well because this one deserves an A+++ an EASY 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy 5 Star ️‼️‼️️‼️‼️‼️

My Dyson had sucked up a couple of cat toys and was lodged in the part of the hose I couldn't reach. The man at the repair shop fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I was touched by his generosity. I will definitely return if I have anymore issues with my vacuum.

Great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Quoted me a price to fix my Dyson and when one of the main pieces needed to be replaced he took care of it without charging extra because he overlooked it in the quote and wanted to do the right thing for the customer. We Argued because I wanted to pay for the part but in the end he won, and this Five star review was earned!

Thank you for fixing my vacuum so quickly. I came in and my vacuum was repaired and serviced within 20 minutes. I will come to him again to purchase or repair another vacuum.
