We were having trouble putting air in a tire, and the guy working at the auto shop was awesome. Super friendly. He came out and helped us right away and we were on our way. We’ll definitely be back.

They have helped me replace headlight twice and each time needed to get oil topped off. They were fast accommodating and fair allowing me to come back and pay later when part arrived which they got to the shop same day and stayed open late for me. Great would recommend!

I stopped into Sam's Pacific Auto Repair to ask if they could install new headlamps in my old Prius (a very difficult operation). I had purchased the parts for $74 on the Internet, after receiving an exorbitant estimate ($700 for parts and installation) from my Toyota dealership. Ralph, the mechanic, not only said he could do it, he did it immediately! And he charged me only $160. Not only that, but he also drove me home while he worked on it, and then picked me up when he was done. From now on, this will be the first place I go when my car needs any repair. Very highly recommended!

I met the operators of Sam Pacific after experiencing car trouble in the late evening. I parked my car and called the posted number waking up the owner operator. We met the next morning (Sunday) and I was immediately taken by the neighborly approach and the perceived honesty in the assessment. The work is good and the charges fair!

The battery on my Jeep died two blocks down. I found Sam's on google maps and walked over to see if he could help. He gave me a ride back to my car, jumpstarted it, and drove it back to the shop to look at it. The battery and some associated cabling needed to be replaced. He was able to do it that very afternoon and get me on my way before the work day was done. Did and excellent and clean job with the cabling too.
