Juanita's Cafe

Great place to visit! The tacos de papa and taquitos did not disappoint. Carlos was very humble and took the time to chat with us and share some of his favorite hobbies. Hospitality at its finest! Will definitely come back to visit.

⭐Great alternative to Cielito Lindo... possibly, better!!!!

Food: I ordered two taquitos with green sauce. Infront of me, the cook tossed 2 raw taquitos in hot oil and in minutes I had crispy taquitos smothered with savory green sauce! I saw other people with burritos, beans, rice, churros and champurrado.

Service: The staff members were really nice and they had my order to me with accuracy and in short time.

Final word: Juanita's Cafe is a great alternative to Cielito lindo. Juanita's Cafe is less expensive and in my opinion, the staff at Juanita's are friendlier than Cielito lindo. Give juanito's Cafe a try plenty of options to make you happy and full!

I want to try new spots at La Placita but always end up at Juanitas because I love the potato tacos. Other good veg options are the cheese enchiladas. Everything here is great and the staff is consistently awesome!

Discovered this gem of a place by accident while heading to China town. I’m so glad we stopped by here. We got some tostadas and quesadillas. And both of those things were really really delicious. Don’t forget to put some of their hot sauce on the dishes. They are spicy and take your dish to the next level.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and delicious bite to eat.
