  I am a first time homeowner and when taking on my first complete remodel (master bathroom) I knew that I wanted to find a good contractor who could get the job done right. To start the process, I checked on Yelp and set up estimates with about five different contractors that had strong reviews. Two of the five contractors didn't even bother showing up for the estimates and, obviously, lost my business right off the bat.
  
  Ron came out to do the estimate and was incredibly helpful. I had a good idea for what I wanted the bathroom to look like and Ron's great tips turned that idea into something even greater. You can tell when talking to Ron that he is incredibly knowledgable and has a lot of experience when it comes to home remodeling. Being a new homeowner, I was unfamiliar with city inspector codes but Ron was well versed in this area and went over some of the more common codes that needed to be addressed during the planning stage. The other contractors I met with were not half as personable or helpful. For this reason, I chose Ron and Pearl Remodeling to work on my bathroom.
  
  To be completely honest, they were not the cheapest quote I received, but I literally could not be any happier with the way everything turned out. Ron's crew was ready and willing to work up to seven days a week and they were done quicker than their estimated timeline. One of their best qualities was how they were in constant communication on a daily basis. Ron and his crew were only a text or phone call away at any given time and sent updates throughout the day while I was at work.
  
  My bathroom remodel included changing the toilet location, running the shower water pipes through the ceiling for a rainfall shower head, and installing heated floors. Seeing the finished product makes it difficult to remember what the old layout used to be. The work was done so well and clean that it looks like it was arranged this way from the very start. I am planning on having more remodels in the future and without a doubt will be calling on Pearl Remodeling to work on all of those as well.
