(April 10, 2023, 12:19 pm)My room was ready 30 min early on a Saturday, smelled great and was very clean. Bed was hard but I'm very happy with my stay just because the customer service was so good and my room was so clean. Compared to others in LA this is cleaner than the luxury places I've stayed at. Top notch employees there imo. However check with staff and park early before checking in or you won't get a spot in the evening. Uber around town is a must. Will definitely be back.

(November 25, 2022, 11:50 am)This hotel was pretty simple but good! When I walked in it was just like the photo so it was really good! Everything was pretty simple and fine but I don't know why when I saw the remote controll it was really filthy. The night was pretty fine until I heard some gunshots or something like that and then some police sirens. Overall this hotel is good and I would come again!

(October 20, 2022, 3:47 pm)Pros: For the price and a 12 minute drive to the convention center, this place was great. Would stay again at future conferences. Parking was safe as it was up off the road so not a lot of people walking through lot. Good mix of people in the hotel, definitely no crazies. I was on the main road and still slept fine, place is really quiet.
Cons: Hot water was minimal, but it was luke warm so I proceeded on with my day. -

The hotel is close to the freeway, so it’s really easy to come and go to wherever you need to. Also, at walking distance there are several stores and restaurants, such as McDonalds, Starbucks, 7Eleven and Ross.
The hotel has free parking.
You need to request housekeeping one day in advance. They always did a great job and left body lotion, soap and shampoo. As well as changing the towels.
At the front desk, everyone was always really kind and attentive. They had free coffee and hot water (If you wanted to use it for tea or an instant soup). Also, there were bending machines with snacks and drinks.
The hotel has a poll. I didn’t went into it, but it always looked clean.
The hotel room also has a mini refrigerator.
Everything was quiet at night and we always got a good night rest!
My only complaint would be the rug. It looked really old and dirty. I always had to use shoes/slippers in the room.
