(April 28, 2017, 1:30 pm)I have trained with Wendy for 6 months and I am very happy with the personal training she provides. The facility is clean and never crowded. Wendy is a great, and most of the regulars are very friendly. Having a personal trainer is so much better than going to the gym on your own. I am making progress in strength training that I was unable to accomplish on my own.
