Triton Gym

Great gym with a friendly environment from the first minute I walked in. Plenty of space, equipment and parking. John is very welcoming and a great coach. I’m glad somebody recommended this gym to me!

I can't say enough amazing things about this gym. After one free trial class, I was hooked. I love the class variety (I go to HIIT, Kickboxing, & Weight Training), the variety in class schedules, but mostly the sense of community. I have been attending classes for about a year now, and can see my progress improve thanks to the hands on instructors that always go above and beyond. The other gym-goers have become great friends outside of the gym and I always leave feeling challenged. The owner John is the perfect combination of encouraging and pushing, and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I genuinely wake up every morning excited to go to the gym and see what that day's class has in store.

Just wrapped up my 2 day trial and got a membership! The atmosphere and training is great! Everyone comes together like their own community and the instructors push you to be the best version of yourself. They won't kill you with training but they will ensure you learn correctly. What you do with the knowledge and training is up to you. I highly recommend Triton Gym for anyone that wants to get in good physical shape regardless of your age or current condition. To sum it up, it is a great place to train! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I love everything about this place. The classes are great, the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging and the weight room has everything I need for a well rounded workout on the days when I don’t attend a class (or do and need to get a lift in).
My kickboxing and boxing technique have tremendously improved after working with John for just 2 sessions.
I love the vibe and the energy from everyone that attends the gym. There is definitely a sense of community at Triton and I love it!

Triton is an awesome gym. Incredibly challenging workouts and I'm so pleased with the results. I've been a member for years and would recommend to everyone, regardless of age. My endurance level is so much better than it used to be. I'm completely hooked on boxing/ mixed martial arts. Best place ever and my coach John Marsh is fantastic!
