  Amanda was a great help when I was looking for a storage unit love the great personality and amazing work she was giving out, I think she is one of the best workers I seen, Whenever I see her around I always ask when is she going to be a supervisor because I see a lot of great attitude in her growing with the company. A+ to her and also love seeing that smile.

  Amanda runs a tight ship, and does it with a smile. Right across from Costco, the place is clean, the climate control works perfectly, and the prices are fair. If you need storage space you can count on in the SCV, I think you just found it.

  A good friend had to move quickly and needed to store many of her belongings. The Via Princessa Public Storage was a very lucky find, especially for a last minute move in. From the beginning, Amanda was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She quickly found the exact size and unit my friend needed in the climate control building, and made the whole transaction quick and seamless. Her clear communication and valuable advice were more than welcome during a stressful time. I've had occasion to use several storage units throughout the years, and no one else has delivered the great customer service and can-do attitude of Amanda and the rest of the staff.

  I have been a customer here for a while and every time I go into the office Amanda is always smiling and friendly. The staff is great there and they help you out with anything you need. The property is always so clean and maintained. I would recommend this public storage to anyone! ☺️

  This place is fantastic. I always get amazing customer service from Amanda when I come in. She is always so happy and willing to ask you how you are and she cares. The facility is always clean. You can tell everyone who works here cares. I recommend coming here. Amanda and David are both great!
