  Honestly the best storage place I’ve ever had! I was so sad when I had to leave lol The prices are super affordable compared to all the other storage units in the area. Sean is the coolest and most understanding guy. Even when I moved out the process was so simple. I didn’t have to pay any sort of fee like my last storage place. As long as you’re out by the first of the month you’re good! Loved this storage place very much. Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh! And I forgot to mention, their security system is really great. Sean or whomever is working can tell you all about it. Check them out! They’re awesome :)

  I have loved Highway Storage for numerous years as a tenant. Their manager and staff have always been helpful, informative, thoughtful, considerate, and would accommodate each individual as much as their policies and business practices would allow. I appreciate that they treat everyone with respect and fairness. They always adhere to their facility's cleanliness, security, policies, rules and regulations, which is great because you know what to expect. What I like most about this place, is their family type atmosphere, and their rates have been the best around.

  The guy gives a free 20$ lock when you first open up your storage account with this place. They always have really good deals goung on. There are no hidden fees or application costs. You pay for what you get & the guy is really clear & polite. You get more for your money here, than at other places. We left public storage to go here because we got treated better & got a lot better deal for our money. I highly recommend this place. The only dowfall is they close up at 7pm & then it's no more getting anything out of your storage, until the next morning. We paid over double the amount this man charges & was hit with all kinds of fees, when we went to public storage. We left Public Storage, on Via Princessa, went down the street, to this place & got a far better deal, more space, the restrooms are cleaner than Public Storage and no hidden costs, with a whole lot better deal. Our stuff is secured better here than Public Storage, as we were told by Public Storage themselves that there is NO security for our things at Public Storage. I do not regret this decision to move to Highway Self Storage from Public Storage, as it has been one of the best decisions that we ever made.

  This is a great storage facility. They have a great location, a clean place of business, they are friendly, have large storage units if needed, good hours, competitive rates and Sean is always willing to help out. No complaints at all. Jean Harris definitely did not rent at HIGHWAY SELF STORAGE.

  This will sound odd, but I think Miss Harris has the wrong facility. I have no records of her storing here, but if she did, I would love to find out what went so wrong. Most of my tenants love it here and some have been here for 15 years. I did not even know this was here until one of my other tenants mentioned it to me. If Miss Harris ever follows up on this complaint, I hope she will give us the chance to make amends if it was us or else let the facility she did store at know that she was unhappy with them.
