Meghan is an amazing trainer. I was lucky to be able to sign up for her postpartum series Body After Baby when I was six weeks postpartum, which was a perfect way to start being active again after giving birth. I still (and probably always will) think of the diaphragmatic breathing techniques she taught us, to properly engage the pelvic floor and core muscles before lifting and exerting effort. I feel so much more confident in my abilities during other yoga and group fitness classes now, especially when the instructor may not cue accordingly. I highly recommend all of Meghan’s offerings through Trimester Fit Body, to get moving without injury!
I could literally write a thesis on the pros of working out with Meghan of Trimester Fit Body but I think my sanity proves its worth. For the last month (despite the chaos of juggling newborn & toddler), I was able to carve out time to join other extraordinary mamas to workout (with our newborns in tow!)
1. She teaches you important info about your bod & how it changes before/after baby
2. She mentors & coaches you with wisdom & kindness
3. She is just what you want in a trainer, pleasant but firm (verbally, but also physically, I’ve hugged her).
Meghan has been fantastic to train with, both while I was pregnant and now post-partum as well! She is incredibly positive, reassuring, and knowledgeable, and pushes you in just the right ways.
Her "Body After Baby" class is SO much better than your traditional mommy and me because you get to bring your baby, get in a great strength training workout, and hang with other moms in a cool gym with an awesome trainer! Highly, highly recommend it ;)
I have love love LOVED working with Meghan through my second pregnancy and now postpartum. Meghan’s knowledge and heart come through with every interaction. She provides a warm and welcoming space for women of all fitness levels to gain strength while reconnecting with their bodies.
Being able to bring my baby with me to work outs has been an asset to making my postpartum fitness an attainable goal.
