  This is a great family place to stay. I booked through Airbnb which was very easy & convenient. Only downside is you are obligated to pay $13 dollars a day for vallet parking per car. This is mandatory since there is no street parking. The vallet staff is extremely professional and friendly. Lastly, due to covid pool, gym, and other facilities are closed.

  We stayed here for three weeks and It was good value. It is a 10 minute walk from Disney and the bus stop is directly outside. In addition, the 7/11 is just round the corner as are a number of restaurants. We always felt safe but there were a number of homeless people at the nearby bus stops in the evening but they were common even right across the road from Disney land. The room was clean and the bed was excellent. The kitchen has cutlery etc but you need to clean it in the same the sink you would use to brush your teeth. This isn't a problem in itself but the flow rate from the tap was very low and would take 10 secs to fill a cup with water. One weird thing was that you had one window and it couldn't be opened so you controlled the temp via the Aircon. However, I found whenever I turned it on I would get a stuffy nose which usually indicates a dirty filter in my experience.
  
  Despite these few problems I would stay again.

  Our stay was wonderful. There were plenty of activities to do. We stayed here for a Disneyland trip so we didn't take advantage of all of them, but there was a pool table, foose ball table, and an air hockey table. The heated pool was very nice, since the weather is still a little cooler. There were also TWO hot tubs and the pool and one hot tub are handicap accessible too. There was a nice big screen TV and area to relax and enjoy a movie down in the game area, which opens up to the outside. The room was pretty standard for a hotel, but considering it was a condo style suite we felt it was a little tighter than expected for our family of four. There was a nice sliding door to the bedroom, which was perfect for putting the kids down in a dark room and being able to get everything ready for the next day's adventure. The staff were friendly and the gift shop had a lot of Disney souvenirs to choose from and better prices by a long shot on nearly everything there. It was walking distance to Disneyland and was just what we needed for our trip. The only other complaint that I have is the mandatory daily valet parking fee of $13. It seemed a little hefty considering we were already paying for our stay and we walked everywhere and weren't using our car.
