Vaughan Vitality Wellness has truly been remarkable for my health. From helping me heal my gut from parasites, recovering from adrenal fatigue, and improving my brain function and ADHD with the use of neurofeedback. Dr. Vaughan truly knows what she's doing and I'm so thankful I found her. Thank you Suzan for all your help with my neurofeedback sessions and your constant effort to making my life easy with scheduling as well as your support in my pursuit to truly heal my body physically and mentally. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Vaughan. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s but it was early enough that I didn’t have much thyroid damage despite multiple symptoms. I saw several other doctors who told me to come back to check once a year until my thyroid was damaged enough to need synthetic hormones. Thankfully, Dr. Vaughan had a much better plan that avoided waiting around until I got sicker. She put me on an elimination diet, did some extremely detailed bloodwork and other testing. She sent supplements right to my house to clear up issues that all the other doctors ignored or missed. I’m finally starting to feel like myself again.
Dr. Vaughan and Suzan, who runs her office, are really easy to get a hold of and very accommodating to my busy schedule. They have even been understanding when my toddler was crying and needed to be held during zoom consultations. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Vaughan focuses on teaching you how to manage your health so once she gets you well, you have all the knowledge to maintain your health on your own. Knowing I have the skills to stay healthy is a huge relief from the stress of a chronic disease.

Doctor Vaughan and Suzan are both absolutely wonderful. I came to Dr. Vaughn in late September 2022, for a plethora of reasons including PCOS, depression/anxiety, headaches, acid reflux and energy issues. After very thorough testing, she found that I had a thyroid issue, gut infections and multiple food sensitivities that I was unaware of. Through diet modification, mild activity and supplements, I have started to feel better and heal my body of the many years of poor eating and unhealthy behaviors. Though this has been a journey with ups and downs, Dr. Vaughan has been encouraging and understanding in moments when I have struggled and has always felt like she really cares. Both Dr. Vaughan and Suzan truly care for people, and it shows in how they interact and advocate for their patients. Though the treatments and testing can be quite costly, it has been worth the cost for me to have hope of one day thriving rather than surviving. For those considering or who have just started treatment, the closer you follow her guidance, the better the results will be. So far, I have lost almost 45lbs since late September, and am feeling much better. My skin, hair and nails are healthier, my headaches are less intense, and when I eat as prescribed, I have no acid reflux and a lessening in just about every other symptom. If you are tired of feeling tired & ill and look at getting healthy as an investment, I absolutely recommend working with Dr. Vaughan.

Vaughan vitality has been a blessing for me. Dr. Vaughan has shed light on a lot of my health issues I've been battling with for years. It's been a few months now and I can honestly say alot has improved for me. One of the course of actions we have taken is neuro feed back therapy with suzan. This type of therapy has helped significantly with my anxiety, insomnia, and some of my memory issues. I'm looking forward to continuing this course of treatment along with some of the others to better my health.

Before meeting Dr. Vaughan, I was sick for 2 years. I do not do drugs. I do not drink alcohol. I had a laundry list of unexplained symptoms. I had seen 16 doctors. Most dismissed my symptoms as menopausal even though I was not in menopause. I had experienced uncontrollable anxiety, crying and tremors that seemed to present without a cause. I was advised to “Chill out!” I weighed 196 lbs. with a 5’8” frame. I was overweight for the first time in my life at the age of 46. I was not in the sun for two years, due to these long lasting heat flashes. My triglycerides and bad cholesterol was through the roof. My good cholesterol too low. I was experiencing difficulty with sleeping. My memory was failing. I was forgetting my own phone number and address. I constantly suffered from brain fog and lacking the ability to concentrate. I experienced disorganized thinking. I was losing muscle mass and became clumsy. My gross and fine motor skills were deteriorating. My serotonin, dopamine, cortisol, estrogen, and testosterone were too low. I was losing hair on my head and the tail ends of my eye brows. My hair would get very greasy. I would break out in pimples on my face and scalp. My eyesight would get very blurry. My whole body would ache. My skin would become very itchy. For decades, my nose ran on the regular and doctors did not know the reason. I was diagnosed with numerous GI issues and received no permanent resolution. My thyroid was so enlarged that I was thought to have a goiter. An ultrasound discovered a nodule on the isthmus of my thyroid. The endocrinologist still insisted my thyroid was fine. In February of 2021, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism according to new blood tests. I was given Armour and began to feel a bit better, but the majority of my symptoms still remained problematic.

My husband discovered Dr. Vaughan on LinkedIn. We stayed in CA for a week for me to start treatment with Dr. Vaughan. After 2 days and 4 sessions with the brain biofeedback my energy level began to increase. I began sleeping and waking at normal hours. I was sleeping for the regular 8 hours for the first time in 2 years. I will never forget lying in my bed at home. I felt the breeze from the ceiling fan for the first time in 2 years. I was no longer over heated. My body temp was normal for the first time in 2 years. 2 weeks later, my husband and I moved ourselves, our 7 dogs and 3 turtles to Laguna Hills temporarily, so I could continue my treatments. I utilized all the services Dr. Vaughn offered. I followed her instructions. I feel like I woke up from a 2 year sleep. I noticed things that I did not see or care about for 2 years. I was able to remember again. She helped me clean my body and mind. I am able to be active again. I have started to exercise slowly and gently. I know now that my lifestyle has to change and eat clean. She has showed me a new way to live, so I can be happy and healthy. I now am 171 lbs. and still losing weight. I went 4 years of not losing weight until I received treatment from Dr. Vaughan. All my issues I experienced prior to meeting Dr. Vaughan has resolved or continues to improve. When I am struggling, Dr. Vaughan and Miss Suzanne are there to cheer me on without judgement and shame. I have suffered from issues from food all my life and did not even know it. I saw doctors all my life that could not help me. The last 2 years were so bad that I could not deny something was very wrong with me. I would not give up looking for the answer. I found out that my lifetime of issues stemmed from eating food that was wrong for me.Miss Suzanne was also there giving her support, expertise and encouragement.
