I have been seeing George Hillinger for three years. His kinesiology education and background/experience personal training for many years makes him a superior personal trainer to anyone I have seen before. He is skilled in therapeutic training and knows how to correct chronic pain issues. He has made a big difference in my knee strength. He is good for all ages, but especially good with the older clients to build strength without injury.
I first signed up for personal training with my personal trainer George to make sure my weight lifting technique was correct. Not only did George refine my weight lifting technique to be as safe and effective as possible, he helped me improve my overall exercise program to be well rounded. I am pleased with the results of how I function, look, and feel. Over the last fifteen years I have worked with George and he continues to give me great advice and great workouts. He always is on top of delivering me the best information to keep me on a path of feeling good and living healthy. I'm definitely part of Hillinger Personal Training’s family at this point; everything about the business is welcoming and supportive.
I have been working out with George at Hillinger Personal Training for nearly seven years. He has done an excellent job working around some functional limitations that I have, but at the same time keeps changing it up and keeps me challenged. Because of his training and experience, he knows how to do things the right way and ensures that my posture is correct at all times. He also listens when something is not working for me and adjusts my workout accordingly. I have noticed positive changes in my physique since I have worked with him and I am stronger. The gym is well equipped and I appreciate the privacy of the setting. George is fun to work with and is flexible with my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting fit.
George has been my trainer for more than 7 years...He is an outstanding trainer (otherwise he wouldn't have lasted this long), extremely knowledgeable about body structure suggesting exercises to strengthen weak or problem areas. Very adept at functional training. He knows when to push you and when to ease off. He is always on time, courteous and professional. If you are looking for a personal trainer I can not recommend him highly enough!
George has everything you need in a trainer. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to body mechanics, injuries, recovery, and nutrition. He knows what works for you and what doesn’t, and comes up with a customized and dynamic plan for you based on your goals and athletic history. As a two time spinal disk surgery patient, I am able to George trust fully in guiding me through reaching my fitness goals and implementing preventative routines. He’s also very friendly and makes the workouts fun. His gym has everything you’ll likely ever need and is usually a one-on-one setting.
