She was able to get us discounts that other travel agents didn’t know existed. For example. We had to cancel a cruise do to covid. She re booked on same boat. Was able to upgrade us. Best of all same trip she was able to save us $1900 on the rebooking.
Kathy has definitely earned my business on all future travel. -
