We (wife and I) are VERY impressed with Paul's and his agencies' experiences and efficiencies in getting us through the whole buying process, and a bonus, especially when he's from SoCal and got us a place in NoCal less than 3 weeks.
We were just browsing the market and were not ready to make a purchase until another 6 months or so, however, wife saw a place that caught her eyes and we contacted Paul; we were immediately able to view the house through Paul's coordination, set up a lender, and take the listing off the market within 4 days (within the same day if we had preapproval in place).

He treats us like a member of the family and provided us with quality services, especially the communications; I could contact him any time of the day and he would response right away (even though he shouldn't/doesn't have to). My journey began back in April of this year when I let Paul know that I was in the market for a home. Paul had previously helped me sell my condo back in 2018. We initially had a very wide search range which included many Orange County cities at a fairly wide price point. With Paul's help I was able to secure a home in San Clemente at a good price. It is a home that I am very proud of.

Throughout this entire process I will say that 3 things impressed me the most about Paul. First of all, with his appraisal background, overall real estate experience and data driven approach, we were able to accurately assess the value of the homes we were bidding on to make sure we were competitive with our bids but not overbidding. Secondly, Paul has many industry connections from mortgage lenders to general contractors. Our mortgage lender provided the flexibility of a faster escrow period which allowed us to be more competitive in multiple offer situations. Paul's construction contacts allowed us to also bid on houses that were in need of upgrades which expanded the pool of houses that would meet our criteria. And lastly, Paul is very responsive and makes you feel like you are his only client and treats you like a friend. Paul is very much focused on building long term relationships with his clients and is not out to pressure you in order to make a quick sale.

Overall with real estate there are many variables including the location, price, condition of the property, schools, etc. You want an agent that is dynamic and is able to handle the many different situations that arise during a real estate transaction, something that only seasoned agents such as Paul can provide. I was never worried throughout the entire process because I knew Paul had my back and that is a great feeling to have.
