Omg I love working out with Aline! I’m not the most motivated woman but Aline found a way to make me excited about working out. Her workouts were challenging but not crippling. At 55 years young I can’t afford to be too hurt from working out that my daily chores suffer!
Aline came to my house twice a week to help me get ready for my wedding and wedding dress! I really started to notice how strong I was becoming and I could see my muscles start to really develop. She had suggestions on healthy meals and really kept me motivated. The day of my wedding, I could see on my body, all the work we did and our photos didn’t disappoint! I would suggested Aline, if you’re looking to tone your body and have a great time doing it.
I really enjoyed working with Aline! She came to my house twice a week and it was truly the motivation and accountability I needed to get my workouts in. She created great workouts for me but was really receptive and always willing to adjust workouts and personalize the experience for me depending on what I needed that day. She’s great to be around and easy to talk to. She also didn’t mind that I always had Britney Spears work out music playing when she came over haha. I would highly recommend Aline!
Aline is amazing! After just a few sessions I started to feel a difference in my body. She always gives me a full body workout and she pushes me to my potential. Aline is motivating without being intimidating. She has a wealth of knowledge on exercise and eating healthy. I enjoyed every training I've had with her so far. You won't regret training with her!
I am a Type 1 diabetic and know how important it is to try to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle yet I always struggled with working out regularly. Training with Aline allows me to have consistent workouts and hold myself accountable. Our 45 minute training sessions fly by and leave me feeling great. She helped me realize how important strength training is and ensures I leave every session feeling good about myself. She is a great trainer and great person who always prioritizes her clients.
