  I visited this studio for a trial class and loved everything about my experience.
  
  Signing up for a free class online was effortless. I got a text message with concise instructions on where to park and which entrance to use. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and the instructor Abbey.
  
  Abbey went on to set me up on my bike and made me feel at ease with the new studio. Her class was insane! She has immense energy, she’s sweet and her workouts are challenging! And she made me feel at home by giving me a few shoutouts during class.
  
  I loved that frozen eucalyptus towels are handed out during the final stretch of the last song.
  
  Spin shoes are lent out (for free) on signing in.
  
  Parking - Free parking in the daytime at the Five Crowns parking lot. Ignore the sign that says the lot is closed. Street parking is available in the evenings and weekends only.
  
  I recommend trying this place just for Abbey! She rocks!

  Studio CDM is a wonderful place to get your morning or afternoon workout in. The instructors are all top notch and I would recommend this studio to anyone.

  I absolutely love this studio! If you want a tough workout with great music this is the place to come! Great energy and always positive vibes. Hands down this is my favorite spin studio.

  One of my most favorite studios ever! All teachers are great - I take mostly Chelsey's classes and she is one of my favorite instructors in OC! Super hard class for all levels.
