He’s a caring person but if you have Medicare/medi-cal, he allows you to see him only once a month bc of the high deductible associated with the insurance. It’s sad to see that money is the driving force for everything.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chan. He has truly been a Godsend for my family. He takes the time to listen to all of our health concerns and offers solid advice on how to handle each issue on our road to excellent health. This is particularly important to those of us who are in our later stages of life. I appreciate that Dr. Chan is always available to answer any questions we may have and gets back to us promptly. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan to any family member or friend.
Dr. Chan is thoughtful, attentive, friendly, and nonjudgmental. He’s genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients. That balance of professional and personable is a welcome change from my experiences with other family doctors. I’ve recommended him many times and will enthusiastically continue to do so!

Dr. Chan spent a significant amount of time with me, going over my overall health history, and was extremely kind, insightful and respectful throughout our time together. He was sensitive to all aspects of healing (mind/body/soul) and after a very comprehensive initial consult, I found Dr. Chan to be a highly compassionate and genuinely caring physician.
Dr. Chan is the kindest, and most patient doctor I’ve ever had. He makes time for every patient, and never makes you feel like you’re just a number.
He will work tirelessly to cure what ails you, and will always find a medication, or an alternative to medication, to help you reach your optimal health.
As a father himself, he’s also wonderful with children! All three of my children see him as their primary care physician. I have found him to be more experienced than many pediatricians out there, and my kids like him the best.
