  Grounds are beautiful. TV reception frustrating! Condo is small. Okay for two. Furniture needs replacing! Service staff is wonderful! Needs more ADA compliance ramps! Can’t use two spas because no ramps!

  Stayed there for an entire week and loved the hospitality of the staffs. The room was comfortable and cozy with all the amenities required to cook food (except for cooking oven). Internet speeds was ~10mbps which is more than sufficient to connect to work. The outdoor garden area was a bliss with hammock, fire place, heater pool and game room. If you wanted do laundry, there is one near the lobby area for a nominal price. There are multiple events (Yoga, Hiking, Craft Work, Water Aerobics, Social Gathering Hours) that happen throughout the week which are complimentary and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

  I stayed here in late September for a weekend trip to Tahoe and it far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well designed to fit two bedrooms with queen beds in a small space (second is a pull out couch but super comfy). For the price the room was far above other hotels we stayed at over the past couple of weeks. The hotel staff was also super helpful and friendly. In addition there are many hot tubs and a pool which is really nice after a long day out on the trails. And on top of that there was a free bike rental. We took them down the bike path to Tahoe City which ended up being our favorite part of the whole trip!

  Minus one star because electricity went out 5:30pm one day and didn’t get fixed until next morning around 10:30am. Food in fridge got ruined. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. The bed has spring mattress so can be quite bouncy...

  We just stayed here last weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is awesome to the resorts. There are frequent shuttles to take you to the main village, but we found that it was just as easy to walk. It was only about a 10-minute walk (we have snowboarding boots so easier to walk in.)
  
  We had a full kitchen and separate living room, which was so nice! If we were more prepared, we would have bought groceries on the way into Tahoe. The little market in the village is super expensive.
  
  The hot tubs (3 of them!) and heated pool were lovely after a day on the slopes. We frequently visited the coffee bar in the lobby. There are also a lot of activities that this hotel puts on, like yoga, snowshoeing tours, etc. We didn't make it to any of them, but they sound really fun. This is an awesome hotel and we will absolutely stay there again! Also, the staff is SO NICE!
