BLUR Speed, Agility, and Fitness L.L.C.

I am not what you would call an athlete... in fact I was a bit of a couch potato! I would go to the gym and work on a few things but never had the motivation to get very far. But with the individualized training and group workouts at BLUR I can proudly say that I am in the best shape i have ever been in and have been able to participate in two Spartan events! Aroo! I have always considered myself as athletic or "in shape" the majority of my life. I have worked out with weights and have enjoyed doing cardio type exercises in the last several years...I started training with Manuel, Blur fitness, about a year ago. I came to the realization that I was not in the shape I thought I was. Manuel utilizes a training technique that incorporates strength, agility, flexibility and stability all at the same time. This program not only gets you in shape physically, but he also touches on the mental aspects of being healthy. Manuel is a motivator and your best support system during and after each training session. Thus far I have been able to complete two Spartan races and am looking forward to completing the Trifecta this year. I strongly believe this goal would have never been accomplished without the help and support of Manuel, Blur Fitness.

I have been working with Manuel for at least a year and could not be happier. I have become stronger and been able to run longer. This is not your typical a workout, it focuses on fitness as a whole and with it becoming stronger physically and mentally.
