I recommend this family owned R v repair establishment. They are busy as a lot of people come from all over to leave their R v's but they do get them done Within a week depending on the Repair job.

Really outstanding experience! Every single person from our initial inquiry to the completion of the job was extremely pleasant, personable, professional, and helpful. We dealt with Ray, Jennifer, Jay, and Alan at different times and all were fantastic. Great communication, never any attitude, really an example of what a great independent business experience should be like. We felt like they were always honest and straightforward with us, never tried to price gouge or upsell, and never made us feel like we were a pain with our many calls and questions. Highly recommend!

Wow! Old-fashioned customer service is alive and well at Ray Boyd's RV. After waiting almost a month at another RV service center and then being told they had not even looked at our coach, we decided to give Ray Boyd's RV a shot. They did not disappoint! We were greeted by friendly Jennifer who quickly wrote out our request. Then, a professional technician reviewed the information to be sure he was clear on the issues we needed addressed. Within 2 days we had a call back regarding the work that needed to be completed including warranty work that required phone calls to the dealer and copious note taking to ensure no detail was overlooked. Upon pickup of our RV, Jay the service manager/owner reviewed every detail of the service even providing a thoughtful informative discussion on how the slide mechanism worked. It was extremely helpful and information our dealer had never provided upon original purchase. Overall, we experienced outstanding customer service at Ray Boyd's RV and feel we have now found our go to RV service shop for years to come! 10 stars!
