Banning RV

Stopped by shopping for a toy hauler. We were greeted and assisted by Zach. Great customer service. No pressure sales kinda place.

I read all the reviews and was hesitant to come on. I like to make decisions on my own experience. From start- I spoke with Rick, then came in a met Aundre, Both men were fantastic. We found something that fit our needs, they were not pushy and in no way rude. We had a verbal agreement of the cost and everything, a few days later we were called in to come in and pick. They kept their word, nothing was hidden from us. Gus and another guy ( I'm so sorry I forgot your name) they showed us everything and they were great!... we then spoke to the service manager ( I'm sorry I forgot his name to) super helpful and he did not try to sell us things we didn't need. There was one item we were interested in and he looked it up and ordered it for us. All around everyone person was helpful. No complains from me. I would tell anyone give them a chance and go in. They had a good selection of different layouts. Thank You Banning Rv!... we appreciate all your time!

Do not worry about any negative reviews for these fine folks - The negative reviewers obviously have challenges in life that have nothing to do with this dealership. The good folks at Banning RV went way out of their way to treat us like royalty, even with our somewhat humble camper purchase. They are friendly, knowledgeable and well worth our drive, hundreds of miles away. Thank you John, Zach, Austin, Melissa, Kristina and Castro!
