  I have been using Stateline funding for over ten years as have many of my friends and family. Mike is always available to answer questions, find the perfect loan program to meet my needs and performs each part of the loan process with efficiency and integrity.
  
  Just went through a refi on my town home and was able to complete the process easily while working full time, as Mike was able to use technology throughout the process. Even made a video to walk me through the paperwork and explain terms.
  
  Highly recommend Stateline to anyone who mentions needing real estate or funding help.

  I can’t say enough good things about Stateline Funding. I was a first time buyer. Ignorant to the process and nervous about the whole ordeal. Mike was extremely helpful and patient with me and all of my questions. I love how he does the whole process and how well he uses modern tech.

  My experiences with Stateline Funding have been superb! This is my second time doing business, with Mike Laura and the team. They first helped with the original purchase of my home, in which they made my first time home buying experience smooth, painless and a exciting. They were very efficient and caring throughout the entire process. For my second experience they helped me refinance my FHA, saving me tons of money. Again, they were efficient and well organized and versed in the process, available to answer all of my questions! I have really valued working with them and would, without any hesitation recommend them to ANY and EVERY one. Thank you!!!

  We'll where do I start.... Mike has helped me with two loans so far. He helped me with my initial home loan and then on Friday he helped me finish refinancing for a lower interest rate. As a Veteran of the United State Marine Corps Mike took great care of me and my family and made sure that the loan process was extremely smooth both times. I was a first time buyer and had just found the house of my families dreams last year and Mike was there to make it happen. We kept me up to date every step of the way. He also sent me breakdowns of every part of the loan with a voice over explanation of what everything meant. If I had questions he was there to answer them. This is the largest purchase I have ever made in my life and it felt so smooth. Mike took away all of the pressure, anxiety, worry and pain out of getting the loan. He made it a outstanding experience for me. Now with my recent loan that just closed Mike was there for me again to help me receive a lower interest rate. He again made it a very simple and painless transaction for me. He made sure that I was taken care of and put me first in all aspect of the process. He looked out for my best interests at all time. Unlike other people I have worked with that are just in it to make money from your transaction and tell you that they have your best interests at heart. Mike and Stateline Funding Corp are not like that. They always put me the customer first and made me feel like part of the team. They are the real deal and I will recommend them to everyone and anyone that even mentions to me they are looking into buying a house.
  I am truly grateful for everything Mike and Stateline Funding has done for me and my Family. He has helped and ensured that I am able to have the house of my dreams and be a home owner. Which at the end of the day is still part of the “American Dream”. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you… Thank you.. Thank you… Thank you…Thank you!!!!!   Stateline Funding Corp. – Michael & Laura Lewandowski, are absolutely fabulous! They made my FHA refinance seamless and pain free. Mike was very good at communicating with me and being very prompt to any needs or concerns I had. I would like to say Mike and Laura are very trust worthy and honest people. There was never anything I had to worry about, like hidden fees, etc. Everything was shown to me up front with a video explanation so everything was covered. This helped minimize any confusion I had and made the process that much soother with one less phone call or e-mail. The two of them made miracles happen for me and I am very grateful for their dedication and hard work to make the loan close on time. I never thought a refinance would be this easy. We did everything via e-mail or by phone. I never had to leave the comfort of my home or office to meet with him. I am very confident and comfortable in referring my family and friends I care about to their trusted mortgage advice. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
