  I really like this dealership. The service department is always able to get me in and out quickly, and always communicates the status of my vehicle. The parts department either has everything I need for my Rubicon or can order it. Outstanding service. Joel Williams is my advisor and he is always friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and fair.   Reminder: the dealer is always best to take your car to for oil changes...because they can check for other important items you might have forgotten to take care of as was my case. I have an air filter that is not a standard toss and replace, but one that needs a periodic flush. It explained the loss of wind effect and why the other places I took it to said they wouldn't be able to change my air filter. James put me right under the hood and showed me the feature and educated me on the benefits of it in my car but also how important it was to keep it clean on an as needed basis. That solves that!
