  Very good experience here as a first time buyer from lake Elsinore ford! Sales team is knowledgeable and if you’re determined Cindy in finance will make sure you get good financing. She honestly went the extra mile for me and this does not go unnoticed! It’s rare to find someone in a service position who will go the extra mile for a customer and she got it done! Most folks can barely do a minimum job these days to earn their paycheck!! Much gratitude!! Now let’s hope service department is just as good!! Customer service is of the utmost importance these days!

  My service is always fabulous and all of the staff is friendly and time conscious. Nichol is the best service representative ever, she is always friendly and courteous, I actually look forward to my maintenance scheduled appointments.

  My husband and I were looking for a Toyota 4 Runner today and we happened to stop in at Lake Elsinore Ford. Eric and Garrett (Salesman) were total professionals with the best sense of humor. They made us feel like we were the only customers there. They gave us their full attention and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. I recommend to anyone looking for a new car or truck to stop in and see them. You won't be disappointed.

  I have been very impressed with Lake Elsinore Ford. I became a customer of theirs in summer of 2014 when I bought one of their used cars. I have since, always had my car serviced there. They are very friendly, professional and timely, which is much appreciated! I really appreciate how they don't try to up sell work to be done on your car like so many others do.
  I am also very pleased and impressed with my 2010 Ford Escape that I purchased from them. It's been very reliable and I've only had to have routine maintenance done on this car, and it has always served me well!

  Jesse W. from the sales team was professional, honest and a great person to work with during this process. He was vigilant and negotiated fairly and kindly. Our experience with Jesse W. went from an online communication to a face-face sale. The best part about his work ethic was he kept the deal moving and didn't alter course when we met in person.
