Recall was positive. No problems found. The car is in good condition.
I don't think I've really had any real big issues with the service department at Lake Elsinore Ford. I have generally been able to get in when needed and they seem to be able to do the service. My only concern is that when I've had to go in in the past they don't seem to have the parts on site which has delayed repairing my vehicle and increasing the wait time. I also think that some of their service prices are little excessive when independent places will do the same work for less money.
Amazing!!! Really was, come to think about it, best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
