I have suffered with depression all my life, requiring antidepressants at times. In a 2 year period I lost both my elderly parents and then quite suddenly my husband. Between my grief and depression I was finding it hard to get out of bed. I also started to have panic attacks. With Dr Lowe's help I have been able to control my depression and anxiety. I was skeptical at first, but Dr Lowe's thorough explanations and calm demeanor convinced me to try neurofeedback and I am so pleased I did. I am managing my depression and anxiety very well without medications.
We came across Murrieta Neurofeedback and Dr. Lowe while doing research for solutions to our child’s ADD. We had heard that neurofeedback could help people focus and minimize the use of medication, which is what we were looking for. We really wish we would have met Ann (Dr. Lowe) sooner because we have a feeling the benefits of her treatment could have helped our kiddo with the previous two VERY academically challenging years of school. The previous doctors we saw felt that medication was the only answer, but Dr. Lowe has helped our kid tremendously by using the neurofeedback to not only improve focus, but also quality of sleep and the ability to better relax. Our kid is now doing her best work ever in a very challenging school. She feels good about being able to pay attention - and about being at the top of her classes!
Dr. Lowe is very calm, professional and kind, her level of care has been outstanding. She has continually checked that the treatment our child receives is just what her brain needs, her attention to detail and expertise is obviously at a very high level. Our kiddo also loves that she gets to do brain exercise while watching movies! It is not difficult on her at all.
