Beautiful and clean facility. Friendly and professional staff. Quick check in and I was seen almost immediately. The PA I saw was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the parking. It’s situated in a busy shopping center so get there early to find a parking space.

I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to take me in right away. Got my mandatory pre surgery CV-19 test in just minutes. All is good. The establishment was spotless clean and everyone was pleasant and professional. Would use this facility again and would recommend to others.

Folsom clinic, very helpful and NP Kristi made time to see me. Staff was friendly and offered appropriate, thorough care.

El Dorado Hills clinic was not accommodating; They enforced a "five minute" rule that cancels appointment if late. In my case, I verified I was indeed two minutes late and then waited behind another guest before being told I was "too late." The staff disagreed with my time record. I did not receive an appointment confirmation written, text, or email on such time policy. I understand the need to stay on track, but I think this is extreme, especially when walk-ins are usually in need of some care and many medical facilities often have waits. This policy should be posted in bold, should have a time stamp at door, could be extended, and patients could be asked to then wait. Folsom NP managed to find time w/o appointment.

I made an appointment at this clinic to get a Covid test prior to having a procedure. I walked able to walk right in, register, and with very little wait time. The staff were very nice and professional. The test itself took about 15 seconds. Everything was super easy.

I arrived a half hour early and they were able to see me within 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and ultra modern surroundings and equipment. Making appointment was a breeze and location was easy to find. Second visit.
