Sutter Walk-In Care - Folsom

I absolutely am so grateful this place exists and is open! We come here for easy to solve illnesses. It’s so convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and the nurse practitioners on staff are thorough. It’s always clean. Thank you Sutter for providing such a great service!

I was able to make an appointment right away. I was seen on time and everyone was very knowledgeable and was able to help me. I’ve been here twice now and would recommend it for anyone. Also was able to get my 2nd Shingles shot while I was there.

I have hearing aids but one of my ears was completely filled with wax. I couldn't hear with it and had tried myself for several days to put drops in to no avail. I made an appointment at Sutter Walk-In Care in Folsom. I was taken right in, checked out by staff and we were on our way within 30 minutes. Very efficient! Thank you Sutter!

The facility itself is extremely clean, updated and comfortable. As far as the doctors and nurse assistant, they were a JOY and so pleasant. I had almost no wait time (having scheduled an appointment before) and it was a truly easy/no stress experience.

It was excellent. The NP and the front desk staffs are very helpful and provided me the great care. They heard my concern patiently and provided the medication and explained the dosage. They are very careful in my privacy which is great. Nurse practitioner is very well experienced and having in-depth knowledge. I really appreciate them. Thanks.
