I first brought my son to Tian around 2009 in search of an alternative therapy to the recommended anti-depression pharmaceutical therapy suggested by our HMO. He was a teenager at the time and I was not comfortable with putting him on prescription therapy. He received cupping, acupuncture and Chinese herb therapy and was complete with his therapy in 8 weeks with amazing results! His depression was cured and his physical body became strong and healthy as well as his mental body.

I now receive treatment for heavier than normal menstrual cycles and help with restoring the organs affected by having this condition so long. I have received treatment from Tian and Jaime and both are attentive to my needs and provide excellent care. After 12 weeks of treatment (including herbs, moxibustion and cupping) I no longer have any physical discomfort or excessive bleeding relating to my menstrual cycle. Also, my energy level has risen and my fatigue is no longer severe.

I also received acupuncture treatment for my seasonal allergies during my first 2 weeks of treatment and no longer have any allergy symptoms.

All of the staff are kind and helpful. The hour & 45 minute drive (one-way) I make to these appointments versus seeing an acupuncturist in my county is worth every second. It is my opinion that Tian’s knowledge and application of the Traditional Chinese Medicine modality in whole (beyond just acupuncture) that makes her treatments so successful.

When I lived in CA I found Tian, luckily, to help me with asthma and allergies. This was a turning point for me in my health and how I took care of myself. Tian is a generous and caring person, as well as a high quality acupuncturist/DOM. She has great experience and her training is top notch. With Tian I began to learn to how to eat with the seasons and according to what my body was needing at any given time, ways to alleviate stress, and to create a more positive life. Now that I no longer live in CA I still have Zoom herbal consults with her. She is talented in her herbal "teas" that she custom creates.

I feel Tian lives her life purpose of helping and teaching others the way of oriental medicine and she does so with a genuine heart and depth of knowledge. Over the last nine months, I have seen remarkable improvements in my health, mood, and energy. It's the first time I've ever tried acupuncture, cupping, and Traditional Chinese medicine. It has been both an educational and revitalizing experience. As a bonus, the staff members are amicable. Jaimie, in particular, is very knowledgeable, attentive, and typically can resolve my minor aches and pains in 1-2 treatments. Tian Chao is WONDERFUL...
