Guadalajara Meat Market

This building has been here for a very long time. I hear they have the best burritos, just lock your doors carry a weapon and if you hear someone screaming for dear life… that’s just Billy he lives by the alley behind Guadalajara. Harmless little guy. Don’t pay him no mind.

Some of the most authentic and delicious Mexican food is being served up here. The mixed meat burritos the size of a "baby", the locals know what I mean. The cabeza tacos, chicharon en salsa, the giant quesadillas and mulitas. So much of everything comes from this small kitchen and 2 amazingly talented cooks. Beautiful to see.

There is a deli in this place that is fantastic and I am blessed with authentic Mexican cuisine and always look forward the opportunity to stop by the Guadalajara meat market whenever I'm in Victorville and life is good.

Bomb burritos,tacos,chicarones, and much more in the little corner kitchen they have.
Yes, the market looks older and definitely needs renovation. Usually, that's where you find the little hidden gems.
We had our first burritos today. I'm definitely going to frequent this spot. Lots of dishes to explore. Menudo on Saturday and Sunday.

When looking for quick grocery needs and a bite to eat this place is great . We normally grab burritos but at times I buy carnitas by the pound go down the street get some bolillos and make some delicious tortas. The kitchen staff is so nice and helpful always smiling and food is always on point
