I am so pleased with the beautiful new location of BMW Vista, now at the Carlsbad BMW. The services team, especially Manuel were so great to deal with. As soon as you step foot on the campus some friendly person is acknowledging you and asking how they can help. There are multiple ways to communicate with the services team and get updates on how your car is doing and when it will be done. BMW accommodated me with a ride instead of having to wait for my car. The entire experience was so seamless for me. Thank you for the incredible focus BMW puts on customer service, it truly stood out!

Christine, at the service desk, was amazing, very attentive and with great communication skills. Even though my car was just in for a airbag recall, she took time to explain other service issues with the vehicle. Some of the items described had a reasonable price to complete so I'll definitely come back to take care of those as soon as I have a chance.

Darius was knowledgeable and personable, and we had the process finished very quickly. Finance and paperwork can be daunting in these experiences, but Melanie, their finance manager was amazing. Melanie went over everything thoroughly and completely. She is also a wonderful human and donates her free time, to fostering animals. I would highly recommend Carlsbad BMW.

Great service, Demetrio is a good kid who enjoys his job and knows how to treat customers. Very knowledgeable and also not pushy at all. I needed a couple days to figure out if this was the car for me and I decided on a pre owned Mercedes. Finance was easy quick and laid back. Wonderful dealership will definitely buy from again if I am in the market for another BMW
