  Had a Great New Car Purchase experience.....
  Especially Thanks to Jeff Ho and John for being so well-behaved and responsive. One of their sales manager Robert was also very quick to reply to all my questions over email . Had great communication with Jeff prior to coming for a Test Drive and he was super-responsive to all my questions and Calls regarding Evoque selection. He helped us getting the best trade-in deal on my old car. Also Jeff and John made the purchase process swift with to the point explanations which. Jeff stayed very late till all the process was completed and helped explaining new Car features till 8:30 PM. I am hoping for a good service experience as well in future ..... till then will enjoy my new Range rover

  Great car buying process.
  
  Rating is only 4 and we’re still waiting on a key fob due to parts shortages? Will come back and rate to 5 star once 2nd key is received.
  
  Walked onto the lot, and was met by Kevin. Told him exactly what I wanted to see and that I wanted to test drive it. Off he went to retrieve the RR Velar that we had seen online. Test drove it, loved it. Started talking numbers, told him I had already been preapproved from a CU I normally go with, he said no worries, what if we can match it or beat it? I said sure let’s see. And surely enough on the last push from the sales manager, Tom with the bank, they beat my interest rate I was approved for. Finance was a breeze minus a little printer hiccup that they couldn’t control. I didn’t want any other options on the car, and she wasn’t too pushy, explained each option and why.
  
  Definitely will be coming back to see Kevin and Tom when in need of another Range Rover.

  I was very pleased with my recent experience at Jaguar Landrover Carlsbad this past month. My car needed it’s annual servicing and I had an alignment issue that needed repair. On both occasions Matt and the other gentlemen working were extremely courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience easy and great! Matt worked to make sure the costs for servicing, repairs and new tires were as low as possible and everything was completed in a timely efficient manner. It helped so much that they provided a courtesy car on both occasions. I definitely plan to bring my car back to Jaguar Landrover Carlsbad for any servicing and repairs needed in the future!

  Spectacular service department. I could not even get a return call from another central San Diego Land Rover dealer. Hoehn Land Rover was responsive, friendly, very quick to complete the job, provided a loaner, washed my wife's car. Had it waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Communication was fantastic. They are just doing it all the right Way. Miguel was a fantastic service advisor. Thank you for making a service appointment as pleasurable as it can be, well for a service appointment. Will return for all of our car's service needs even though it's 20 miles from our home.
