  Josh is always so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He greets me with a smile and keeps me updated on the status of my car and any repairs that need to be done. The work on my car is always completed in a timely manner & done correctly the first time around. I know when Josh states something is needs to be done I can trust his professional opinion.   Last Sunday, September 1st, I purchased a vehicle from Mossy Nissan in Chula Vista. I did look at two other dealerships, but was won by the helpfulness and attention form Mossy Nissan. I would like to specially commend Jesse Mendoza & Diego Gonzales, for their great efforts to provide all information to me so I could make my decision. Their customer service sure shows to be the best. It has been only a week, but I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

  Ricardo Navarrete at mossy Nissan Chula Vista off of main exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond! I am very thankful for his amazing customer service and the comfort he made me feel walking in. He constantly reassured me that my issues were going to be taken care of. He turn what started off as a nightmare situation into a pleasant experience and I am forever thankful and grateful to him. I can’t say enough how amazing Ricardo was and how lucky you are mossy to have someone like him on your staff. It truly makes me want to come back to mossy Nissan and continue bringing my business to you.

  I was happy when I walked in and seen Angel, he has been my service rep each time. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Never a pressured sale, which I really like. Fast and efficient work. I will use Mossy for my future needs. 5* to Angel and to the service department. Thank you.
