This was a very pleasant experience. Chris was my Service Rep. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and did all he could to ensure that my wait time was as short as possibly. He even came to find me in the lounge area, instead of calling me on my mobile or over the speaker, to not only update me on the progress of the work but as soon as the work was finished on my car. That was a personal touch that made this appointment go smoothly. He even took the time to help me locate my car as it was parked out of sight and not in the normal place after completion of work. I have gotten my cars service here for quite some time now and i have never been upset about it, service is always good. The service guy who i used to choose no longer works here which made me a little sad but yesterday i was attended by a new service tech Sergio Navarro and i 100% recommend this guy! He is polite, professional and knows how to communicate with you. He was completely booked for the afternoon appointments including mine but he still turned in my car in a good amount of time considering how many cars he had. I really appreciate his service! Alfonso was very professional and was quick to assist us with any and all questions. He made the process seem smooth and easy! Given all the paperwork we had to sign to get our new car we what seemed to be in and out. Enjoying our new Highlander for the family. Highly recommend Alfonso!

I bought my first new car here years ago and they made the experience one to remember...when their systems went down and we had to do everything by hand. It may have taken a bit longer, but they made it painless. We joked and had a grand time through it all, while they apologized constantly and gave us amazing customer service.
At the time, they even had a red carpet that you walked out on after they drove the car up to you to drive away in.
I didn't feel any pressure to buy from them, but I had already shopped online and just needed them to bring in the exact car I wanted from another lot.
