  I went to Lara after being out of work for months with severe neck, shoulder and ear pain. In our first session, I was amazed to have relief and with her she was so hopeful that I could return to things I loved such as yoga and not be in pain! I had been to other Physical Therapists over the years, after my near death car accident in 2011 and had minimal success, lived with pain almost all the time. I am so beyond grateful because she is a profound healer and helped me from a body/spirit approach.

  I have personally seen Lara and she is amazing! She has such an in-depth knowledge of the fascial systems of the body and her experience and intuitive nature make her an incredible healer! I have referred many of my own patients to her and everyone loves her! I highly recommend her!

  Lara does amazing healing in her practice. I came to her with a neck/shoulder and back issue. She has relieved my pain and created a space for sharing how my pain may be manifesting from other areas of life - be it from relationships, workouts, life challenges, finances & children. Lara is passionate at what she does and her energy radiates to her patients creating an environment for self reflection and inspiration. Lara generously shares her incredible knowledge of the human body by demonstrating helpful exercises and pinpointing where and how pain is being created. Lara will always be part of my healing protocol.

  My elbow pain had been awful for 2 years and had created problems in almost every aspect of my life. Lara was the turning point in my recovery and helped me through the healing process. I HIGHLY recommend Lara, she is an amazing physical therapist and person.
