Dance Party Fitness With Bootique

I have worked out doing Zumba at 24 Fitness and I couldn't keep up for the life of me! I have been going to class for over a year now and it is by far one of my favorite ways to work out. Jaylin is easy to follow and her energy is infectious! I always look forward to this class when I am at work. The gals and their energy and big smiles make it even more fun to go! Bootique Fitness as a whole as changed my life for the better!

Best dance class in town! Super fun, high energy with current music and best of all, Jaylin's positive attitude. Jaylin creates a very upbeat, happy vibe and is welcoming to all. She is constantly introducing new moves and music so it never gets boring or too repetitive. You walk out feeling like you got a real workout, in addition to having a good time.

I love dancing but I was always disappointed when taking a dance class for exercise. Either I would be bored by slow Zumba routines and/or I wouldn't get a good workout because in hip hop dance classes we were always stopping to learn the next part of the dance.

Jaylin's Dance Fitness class solves both of there problems. This class is a workout! It's fun, challenging but in a good way - I can definitely follow along with her and feel good about it.

She has great energy! She plays current music. She takes requests and always aims to please the class. This is the most fun I've every had in a dance fitness class.
