They gave me a pallet lift retainer and it has been a tremendous success. People very friendly and helpful through the entire process. Explained everything very clearly, leaving me with no questions. Great place and environment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Lum for about a year and half and needed his services after surgery for oral cancer. I can’t say enough great things about his office and the experience. He takes the time to explain exactly what will be done in each visit. We’ve had to work around some surgery scheduling issues and he’s always happy to help. He has offered sound advice on several occasions when I was faced with difficult decisions and I would trust his recommendations without hesitation. The office staff are also a great group to work with. They make you feel at home and like you’re the only patient. During COVID times they have taken pains to make sure the office is safe and still friendly. I would recommend Dr Lum’s practice to anyone without hesitation.

I currently am still in treatment - but I just wanted to write this review to say that I am extremely grateful for Dr. Grillo and the staff. I first came in to the office seeking help after visiting so many different specialists who didn’t know how to help me. I had suffered a very unfortunate injury caused by another dentist, and I had been frantically trying to find a way out of my excruciating chronic pain. I was eventually diagnosed with trigeminal neuropathy. Dr. Grillo did a small amount of restorative work which significantly reduced my chronic pain which allowed me to get a huge part of my life back. I have been in treatment with an orthodontist as well during all of this, and will soon be receiving my final restorations on my teeth that were damaged. I can finally say that I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and have hope that my chronic pain will go away completely and I will have my happy, normal life back again after my teeth are completely fixed. It has been a long road to recovery but I feel so thankful that I will soon be comfortable and pain-free again for the first time in years. Thank you.
