  I’ve been coming here for just over a year now and I cannot day enough good things about the staff. They are very knowledgeable and able to make the experience work for every person, young, old, injured, extremely fit. This is more than just a gym, you really feel cared about and given individualized attention. I highly recommend Scott and his entire staff.

  The coaches at Fit Societe are dedicated to educating their clients about proper technique, body mechanics, and getting you back to doing the things you love! To me, their implementation of applied functional science is what stands out from any other gym I've been to. It focuses on working different planes of motion and relating them to real life movements, like taking groceries into the house or picking up your grandkids. The workouts combine so many different elements from gymnastics moves to Olympic lifting and are also scaled down for athletes with injuries or who have never tried them.
  
  They create a safe, motivating, and fun environment while also pushing you to your limits! The FS staff and clientele community are so welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable on your first day. I am so grateful to have found a place like Fit Societe in San Diego.

  I love this place - originally scheduled appts for frozen shoulders which Patrick turned right around - then joined the Fit Challenge and after 8 weeks gained 7.5 lbs lean and lost 5 lbs fat. I feel terrific - the RU team is awesome - Scotti and team are the most caring and attentive health team i have ever known, everyone has your back and your best fitness as their goal. Member for life here -

  This place and these people are awesome! Great coaching, always a challenge, but modifications as needed. They have your fitness and best interests in mind. You gotta check it out!

  Great cross training gym!
  Coaches are awesome. Scotti is amazing with clients. He wants you there for years (read injury free) not just months. They always have scaled or alternate moves for each exercise.
  Highly recommend this for your everyday fitness!
