  Bahar is the BEST of the best. If you’re serious about losing weight, Bahar is your answer. When I first met Bahar 3 years ago, I had no expectations. All of my adult life I tried every diet imaginable, and I was weary of losing and regaining the same 5 to 20 pounds. With her guidance I lost 18 pounds and have maintained that weight for 3 years. She is amazing, she is talented, she is kind, she is beautiful and she truly changed my life. I’ve never been healthier nor felt better. She goes above and beyond for each and every one of her clients.

  If there was an option to leave 100 stars I would. Dr. Bahar‘s programs have helped me get to my wellness goals and stay there! She has the highest quality of standards, is honest in her feedback, and trustworthy in her recommendations. Thank you Dr. Bahar!

  If your struggling with weight loss and/or looking for someone to help with your journey I couldn't recommend anyone better than Bahar. Being Skeptical at first of going to a "wellness center" but at a point where I needed to do something different as my weight was at an all time high and my health suffering I made the initial phone call and it has change my life ever sense. Down 50 plus pounds in 8 months. Bahar is the best!

  I highly recommend Premier Medical Wellness center in Solana Beach if you want to lose weight. I've lost 32 pounds and I've been able to keep it off! Bahar definitely knows what she is doing and she really cares for her patients. Thank you very much!

  This program and the support Bahar provided blew me away! From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and knew I made the right decision to chose Premier Medical Wellness Center. Bahar is the most knowledgeable health care professional I have ever met. She has a genuine care for her patients and celebrates your success with you. I can honestly say that this weight loss program changed my life. Not only do I look better by losing 17 pounds but I FEEL better. I have more energy, self confidence and most of all self control. This program was very eye opening to see we are what we eat and our bodies perform better when they are well taken care of! After the program Bahar helped me maintain my weight by explaining the post program plan...everything within moderation! I would highly recommend Premier Medical Wellness Center for anyone looking to become the best version of them self.
